In 1976 we start our vision as a construction company. During the 1990s, due to the rapid growth in the construction sector as well as the increase in demand, the company entered the field of developing, which it is engaged in till this day, on the one hand with construction contracting and other hand with construction development of apartments and houses. 

Under the B category and B experience rank in accordance to the ranking conducted by the Council of Registration and Control of Building and Civil Engineering Contractors. The company is also a member of the Building Contractors Association of Famagusta (S.Ε.Ο.Α) which falls under the Federation of Associations of Building Contractors Cyprus (O.S.E.O.K.) – a member of the Cyprus Employers & Industrialists Federation (OEB).
